I made a similar lo to this one about 3 years ago. At the time I was very pleased with the result, but now I know better. With inspiration from "COLOR Challenge- March," I figured I'd give it another go.... and this is the result. Here's a link to the old version:

I punched out about 50 small circles and used a circle cutter to cut out about 10 larger ones. I used a black marker to outline each circle and then glued them onto a piece of white cs. I used a date stamp for the date and a white gel pen for all the doodling and writing. I also used red Bobbin fiber to attach onto the signs. Very simple lo that took me HOURS to finish. Damn circles!
