I really love this photo of Liz (elizzylee) - doesn't she look gorgeous? - and wanted to do something with it!

Journaling reads:
When Liz and I first met, it was because I was her brother’s girlfriend and she was my boyfriend’s sister.
Through chance or by design, we’ve become friends over the years. We shared a lot of the same life choices- we were both Sociology majors in college, both had our first “real world” jobs with elected officials. We love a lot of the same things – shopping, ice cream, distressed things, scrapbooking. We feel happy in a lot of the same places – Starbucks, our scrap rooms, San Francisco. We think a lot of the same things, sometimes even at the same times.
And no matter what the years have brought, she’s always been there to support me, to encourage me, to want nothing but the best for me. She’s always been willing to share anything she has with me. She’s the voice of reason and logic, especially in tough situations. She’s strong and determined, a true role model for anyone. She’s talented, smart, creative, and a multi-tasker. Though I am four years younger, she has always treated me with respect and as an equal. She is beautiful, both inside and out, a real life blessing to me and to all those around her.
How lucky I am to have found a friend in her.
