I broke out the decorative scissors for this lo. I think I used three different ones. I used a punch to punch her name out of the pic and matte the pic onto pink cs. I put a flower in between some letters and attached them with a mini brad. I used a metal brad photo corner. I matted the matted pic onto green cs. Matted the green onto white and narrowly trimmed, used rub-ons to add the title, then coneced the words around the corner with a 'road' made with white pens. A green brad photo corner was added. The pp background was matted on green cs and the matted pic was added. I added flowers to the circles on the tag so that it would resemble a stoplight, then I added the ribbon.
