The paper I purchased at my LSS it is from Creative Imaginations. The base card is Real Red and layered with Night of Navy cs.
The image is from Stampendous! The set is called Freedom Cupcake. I did not see this on my trip to Archiver's but Joyce did. And of course I've looked on line, but it is an Archiver's exclusive. Hmmm, another trip to Archiver's is called for I guess!
I colored the cupcake with my pencils and markers. I added stickles to give it some bling and outlined the Night of Navy cs with my gold Encore pad.
