I decided I needed some personal journaling to go along with this layout. So I made a tag using my Cricut and applied a little journaling onto vellum and hid it behind the picture. The ribbon to the right side of the picture is where the tag sticks out just a bit and you can pull out the tag from there and it reads:
When I first heard the song, 'In My Daughter's Eyes' by Martina McBride, I just knew she wrote this song for me about my daughter. The song expresses exactly how I feel about Kaitlyn. Then when Jay bought our new camera a little over a year ago he happened to be messing around taking some practice shots and took this amazing picture of Kaitlyn. I zoomed in on it and captured just her face. I knew then that I would eventually use that picture and the song to create Kaitlyn's scrapbook page titled 'In My Daughter's Eyes'.
