Journaling is as follows:

Menu for a Happy Day

Breakfast: Chelsea started with cute heart shaped egg toasts and her favorite red grapes, made especially for her by Mommy Chef.

Lunch: Mommy and Kaitlyn took Chelsea to one wonderiffic Red Robin. Kaitlyn and Chelsea shared pizza and fries and of course, Chelsea had to eat half of Mommy’s side salad with Baja Ranch dressing. Such my spicy Doodlebug. Of course the fun didn’t end with lunch and balloons….there was the Birthday Hot Fudge sundae complete with singing chorus line. All 3 of us enjoyed it immensely. Could Chelsea’s eyes get any bigger over her sundae?

Dinner: Well as any Birthday dinner should begin, we had dessert first!!! Chelsea, with her delectable taste buds, chose Chocolate cake with Chocolate icing (a girl after my own heart). So Mommy Chef races off to the kitchen and fresh from watching several episodes of Ace of Cakes, makes Chelsea her scrumptious chocolate cake, which promptly split down the middle. Ahhh, it keeps me humble. So to make it up for it, I made her, her very own Ace of Cakes scrap cake below. Enjoy my sweet girl.

Of course after cake, what does dinner matter? Mommy Chef didn’t have to cook so everyone was happy. Chelsea opened all her gifts, wore her crown and sunglasses and played the happy little diva for the rest of the evening. It was truly a fun day had by all.
