I have always loved black and white layouts with a punch of color. I was inspired for this layout by the newest Papercrafts magazine. It has a section on coloring book style pages. That's the way this one started out. see, I don't have any black and white paper, but someone in Papercrafts used a Paisely stamp. I have lots of paisely stamps! I killed my black ink using this technique on cards, though, so I used my Metallic Sequin Black paint instead. Metallic Sequin Black does not make a very black stamping impression because of the shine. Oh well, I still think it turned out pretty well. Again, I put a swatch out of the back of my black paper to mat my picture with.
