This image is from the set, And Everything Nice. I stamped the girl and water colored the image. It took me a while to find my old raindrops stamp it is from D.O.T.S.
I stamped the raindrops on the Pixie Pink base with Brilliant Blue ink. I then layered a piece of So Saffron to the card with a ribbon strip around that. I placed the image on a piece of Rose Red before applying it to the card with pop dots. I added some sparkle which is hard to see to the raindrops with my white gel pen and my sakura gel pen and I was done.
