This layout was to showcase my son's birth announcement and our hospital bracelets. On the left page, I mounted the birth announcement to brown matting and framed the entire thing with 8 different kinds of ribbon peices. On the 2nd page I made tiles to surround a beautiful picture of my baby boy on the day he was born, in the same colors as the ribbons used on the opposite page. The hospital bracelets are placed on the 2nd page, lined up with the ribbon. The title "At Last My Love Has Come Along" was an idea I got while watching President Obama's inaguration. I was trying to think of a title for this page, and Beyonce sang this song on TV during their first dance. It thought it was perfect. At the bottom of the 2nd page there is a tiny envelope. The card sticking out of it says "By Etta James," the author of the song.
