LOL, I don't know where to start with my description...

I've had the worst time recently finding time to even make a SB LO, and I've had an even worse time kicking my mind into creative gear. (You can look at my most recent blog entry about this recent problem.)

So, I decided to try something completely different, to see if I could get out of my non-scrapbook rut.

This LO is of a recent jog at I took at a park in KC that I've been planning on doing for years!

Journaling reads:
"From the St. Luke's Hospital cafeteria windows in 2002, my mom and I watched people walk, run, and roller blade at the Mill Creek Park just outside the Country Club Plaza. We said then that this would be a nice, outdoorsey, pretty place to exercise. Years went by, and we still spoke on occasion that we should go to that park, but never did. Finally, in 2009, we got the park off our bucket list! On an August evening, we drove to the Plaza and finally went to the park. I took a jog, and my mom took a walk. The weather was hot and humid, but I got a good workout. Judging by my time, I believe I ran about 2.5 or 3 miles. And, I'd like to go back again!
(Run 8/4/2009, scrapbooked digitally 8/9/2009 - LB)"

I designed this using Photoshop and Illustrator! I'm not a pro at either one, but I like how this turned out. The uneven lines and the stars are just the pencil tool in Illustrator. The fat paint lines are paint Illustrator brushes I downloaded from the internet. The font is 'Walkway' that I downloaded free from www.dafont.com.

This is my first attempt at digital scrapbooking...not using digi SB software, haha! TFL! :-D
