More photos from the UP -- this was my first visit to Lake Superior, nicknamed the Big Lake. Gitchigumi is an Ojibwe word meaning 'big water' -- Gitche Gumee is the spelling used by Longfellow in 'The Song of Hiawatha' (and Gordon Lightfoot in 'The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald').
This LO is for the ABC Challenge Round 9 - ABC:
A - Adjective: Big
B - Blue
C - Collection: Your LO must have at least 3 of the same thing but different (i.e., 3 buttons, each different colors/styles; 3 flowers, each a different color/size) -- I have 3 different brads; 3 different gem shapes; 3 different letter sticker sizes; and lots of different flowers!
Also for the VLB challenge to scraplift another member of the thread: This is a lift of DesertScrapper's 'A View from the Top' which can be found here: http://www.scrapbook.com/galleries/90636/view/2246385/-1/0/1.html.
