Page 1 of two page layout. I did a set for the clients brother and a set for just her. I had a little fun w/this one, might have gone a bit ink crazy considering the colors I was going for (fingers still brown as I am typing LOL) but I liked the end result. Used the heck out of the storybook cart and home accent cart, little of school book for the ovals and also used a sizzix original frame, some sizzix flowers, and ek success floral punch, Inks used were Dew Drops pink chalk ink, cats eye pink pigment, Tim Holtz Distress Antique Linen and Vintage Photo. For a lot of the die cuts the paper was put through a crumpling, inking, ironing process (told ya got carried away!) before doing the cuts, some were just highlighted after being cut, I am amazed at how long this set took me, looks so much better in person as you can actually see the diff techniques used to get the coloring.
little bummed about the top left photo, it rarely happens when I am working but it did for laying down that one - I (my chair) got bumped - causing me and the mat frame to go forward, the top left was what went down first, and right as I was placing the right ever so slowing down, lovely little animal bumps my chair - the darn mat stuck and just would not come off of the paper, nicely and without spreading glue that is - I use a lot of and a strong adhesive so it is pretty much on there! Now that I look at it in a photo - part of me thinks it may get cut out and re-attached once completely dry - can't stand it!! TFL!
