This was done for the Jessica Sprague Type + Writer 2 class that my grandma bought me to keep me entertained after my surgery. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to do too much. The recovery has been really slow going. I don't want anyone to worry because I AM getting better, it's just taking a lot longer than I thought it would.

Journaling:
Watching the girls see Cinderella’s Castle for the first time was downright magical. Their little faces filled with wonder, and they gasped in delight. Everything became blurry for a minute for me because tears filled my eyes. I looked over at Ronnie, because I knew he was tearing up too. Then we walked down the street in the sweltering Florida sun, and I could feel their sweaty little hands in mine clinging for dear life. They were quite overwhelmed by the size of the crowds. After that, we continued to the back of the castle. Our first ride was the carousel, and I could feel Jordan’s heart racing as she wiggled in excitement when the ride started. The calliope music played, as we spun in disorienting circles. Over the music, I could hear Lexie’s laugh ring out like bells. In that moment, I thought to myself, this IS the happiest place on Earth!
