Journaling "This year was especially important to us as we remembered Aunt Harriet and her passing away. The recipe and how to make lefse came from Aunt Harriet & was passed along to my sister Kathryn. My mom (Aunt harriet's sister) is the last one left from her family. This was our 4th year to meet the day after Christmas to enjoy being tohther and eating LEFSE. This is a Norwegian treat and takes a while to make-so we enjoy it once a year! As you can see from the pictures the guys got in the kitchen to do the rolling out and flipping on the special griddle-all under Kathryn's watchful eye!" (This is a yummy potato flatbread-served warm with butter/brown sugar)
