LOL! Love the journaling. Not sure what you used for the rainbow stripes, but if you had a kid the right age, it'd be neat to do that with their fingerprints.
What a great tradition! We've never caught one either! p.s. I not only love your gold coins, but especially love how the leprechaun that you included almost seems unimpressed by all of our repeat attempts!! LOL! :)
I made this 2 page layout of the boys and some of their many attempts to trap a Leprechaun. My boys have tried every year to build a trap in hopes of capturing a Leprechaun.
I used my punches and dies to cut shapes to make the Leprechaun and pot of gold.

Journaling says: "Every year you boys try to outsmart the Leprechaun by building a better trap. This year involved an elaborate plan with an aircraft carrier and the book Wizard of Oz (we know it is his favorite). We still didn't catch him. He did leave behind his hat and some gold! Of course Mom made you each wear the hat for pictures and the scrapbook!"
