Here is my LO for NSD 2010. Why I scrapbook. The picture was taken in 2008. My sister took a picture of me while I was taking a picture of everyone that was there to see fireworks at her Lake house. Of course, I wasn't in the group picture. That's the life of the scrapbooker.
The journaling (which I borrowed from another LO and will give credit to the original author when I can find her info again) reads:
Sometimes I wonder why
why I spend so much time
taking random photos of
my life and family
writing little stories about
what I think and feel and do
observing my family and documenting
our events and experiences
cutting and pasting and putting
it all in pretty albums
The reason is simple...
I want to remember
I want to leave a mark
I want to say
I WAS HERE.
