Give a Cheer
Part of my DT kit from scrapbookdreamer.com using the Bo Bunny mama - razzi line.
This is my oldest ds....one of my favorite photos.
To achieve the look of the ribbon, I cut the blue trim off the shaped paper, threaded a black ribbon and pulled to achieve a ruffle. adhered it to the back of the blue paper then used foam dots to add more dimension. I also overexposed the photo to give my little angel a more angelic look.
