Wow! I'm SO impressed, reading the stages you worked through to create this stunning card! Have to confess that some of the materials you used are quite unfamiliar to me, though I much admire with the way in which you made and glued those 5 pieces together for each letter. I love the buttons and the fibre. Another great card, Sharon!

Super Dad

I made this card for my DS for Father's Day. It's based on a card design by Christina Padilla that I saw in Card magazine. I changed the paper, the sentiment, and added some fiber. I didn't have the right chipboard letters, so I made my own by cutting five of each letter with my Cricut. Then, I glued them all together, making a faux chipboard. I colored them dark brown with a Tombow brush marker, made the dots with Liquid Applique, and then covered them with Crystal Effects.
