Journaling on left: January, February, and March are always hard for me. I put a lot of effort into Christmas and once it is over and we settle in for our ‘long winter's nap' I usually get a big case of the winter doldrums. This year I decided to throw myself into scrapping. I knew it would keep my busy and give me a sense of accomplishment. As I scrap these pictures in late March I chuckle. I was such a beginner in January. And my stash!?! Look at all the empty space! Now my storage is jam-packed! I've taken over ----'s desk too. At least I've been productive. I've scrapped almost 120 pages in two and a half months. I don't know if it was the scrapping, the mild weather, regular trips to Curves, or my continued volunteering activities but this winter was pretty easy on me. And if it was the scrapping? Well, It's cheaper than therapy. Maybe. January 2006
