wow, you finally scrapped at home LOL!!! And it turned out fabulous!! Fantastic design- lovin' all the little squares! And the papers you used were perfect! Aw, you used your giraffe stamp, too! Love how you wrapped the fibers around the "f"! Awesome work! Definitely a fave!
This is AWESOME!! You did such a great job! (even with the resources LOL!!!!) I love the overall design - the little squares and the matting, the stickers and fibers are such a cute addition - looks like you had lots of resources yourself!!! Oh, and did you use your little giraffe stamp? So, so cute - love it !!
This is the first layout that I have done at home, without the resources I normally have at my MILs house. :) These photos are from Betty and Sarah's visit to Nashville in this past summer. Journaling reads:
"When Betty and Sarah came up to visit Adam and I in July 2010, we spent one day at the Nashville Zoo. I had been with my family when I was eight, but because it was so hot the day we went, we left before getting to see the giraffes. Betty, Sarah, and Adam couldn't believe it when I said I'd never seen a giraffe in person. I was so excited to FINALLY get to see a giraffe for the first time! It was AWESOME! - July 25, 2010"
The bg ppr is just a piece of cream colored paper. The green is a piece of cardstock, the brown pieces are from the "Twitterpated" line from Close to my Heart. I wrapped a little twine around the middle picture. The "F" I traced and then hand-cut, the title is written across the middle. That's it for this one.
