This layout is for two challenges at Pages in Time. One of our challenges was to create with paint. I really intended to try the bubble wrap and paint technique but I didn’t have any bubble wrap. I really thought I had some in my scrap space and I probably do, but I just can’t find it. This layout is also for the circle challenge. When I saw Sketch#54 from SketchObilities, I knew it was the perfect inspirational sketch. I stayed pretty true to the sketch but added more circles.

I started out with some cardboard, painted it navy. It didn’t turn out quite like I imagined it would. So I decided to go over the paint with some glitter glaze by MM. All of the papers on this are leftovers from that never ending supply of Blue Awning that I just can’t seem to use up and be done with! All of the various little circles are part of coordinating embellies as well as the alphas. I added some twine to the circles. My flower is made with scraps of some blue awning paper using the TH Tattered Floral die. I cut the leaves and birdcage with my Serenade Cricut cartridge. TFL!
