Voodoo doughnuts offers couples an “intention ceremony” for couples to make their intentions public to each other and their guests. The charge for the “intention ceremony” is $25.00.

They also offer a “legal commitment ceremony” which is a small wedding ceremony which includes coffee and donuts for 10 people. Or for $5,000 you can get a full wedding ceremony including airline tickets and honeymoon package.

While we were there we witnessed a wedding ceremony. I asked if I could take pictures and the bride and groom were happy to pose! What a strange way to start a new marriage!

After more sight-seeing around Portland we went to a group of restaurants in pods. Bill, Bruce & I ordered Pulled Pork sandwiches. They were very good but next time please don't put cabbage on it! We all enjoyed a Mexican Coke which is a Coke made with real sugar.

We hated to say good-bye to Bruce and Jessica but we had to get back to Seattle to board our cruise ship.
