I remember all of this! The dome, the roads ... while driving on the highway our drivey pointed out this mark on the side of the concrete dividers and told us that mark was from the katrina waters, and this was on an elevated highway!

I can't believe you found ribbon with the fleur de lis on it - awesome for this page! Love the photos but really love the way you laid the picture across the background paper - very cool. I like that you can see both black and white peeking between the photos. May have to "borrow" this idea. This makes me want to go back to New Orleans again!
