Wednesday's are my weigh in, so under each Wednesday you can read how much I lost. In the top corner my goals for the month are listed (Lose at least 5 lbs, Start exercising more, limit soft drinks) and on the bottom corner my grand total of 5.9 lbs lost is displayed. I used an old sheet of pp to cut the squares out of and the stickers are by Sticko. The numbers are sticky stax by colorbok that I outlined in marker. Thanks for looking!
