I finally knocked this layout out for the Weight Loss Album Challenge #2. Without seeing it in person, you might not "get" what this is, so I'll explain: The square in the middle is a set of bathroom scales and in the view window there is a moveable "wheel" that you can turn to view my short, mid, and long term goals. For those of you who are curious, here they are: Short: 1. Get Below 260 lbs for good. 2. Get below 250 lbs for good. 3. Lose 25 lbs to reach 245 lbs. Mid Term Goals are: 1. Reach 50 lbs lost mark (220 lbs) 2. Reach ONEderland (199 lbs) 3. Move into "normal" clothing department. My long-term goals are 1. Enter "virgin weight" zone (196 lbs) 2. Reach 100 lbs total lost (170 lbs) 3. Reach my ideal weight (135 lbs). In case you're wondering what "virgin weight" is, it's weight you've never lost on a diet before. 197 was the lowest I ever got on a diet plan, so 196 will be virgin weight! Make sense? ONEderland is when you get into the 100's instead of 200's for your weight. The journaling at the bottom says, "Goals have always motivated me to work harder. It’s having something to reach that keeps me reaching. Usually I set unrealistic goals that I never accomplish, but even if I don’t reach them, I still love the boost they give! Sometimes I set dates to attain them by, but this time, I am completing them at my own pace!" Fonts came from Free Scrapbooking Fonts at Geocities and FontGarden.com. The strips that border the page came from a Lilly Pulitzer catalog I received in the mail (poor folks had no clue I am too fat and too broke to wear their clothing! haha) Scales with feet were drawn by me, if you want the template, I'll be glad to share. Thanks for looking and commenting!
