For Mother's Day my husband finished up the window frame around the flower shop window and a corner shelf to hide the plumbing this weekend. I will post updated pictures when I have it all painted. :)

The room on the left is the bathroom. The cabinet is under the steps with suitcases and maniquins (daughter worked for a clothing distributor). The coffee station is in front of the stairway. Behind where I took the picture is a stationary tub/water,I hope to have a painting area and eventually a better work area for my husbands wood working. The hardest part of the project has been purging old stuff and getting my kids to remove there stuff. :)

The window is such a clever idea and the curtain you used is so neat. I also like your comfortable chair. I would use that for thinking up scrap pages ideas.....or for a nap! Love all the colors you are using in your room....such a happy place!!

Thank you! My husband drew the plans and made the desk including the counter top. He made the desk in 3 sections plus the countertop in case we ever move or one of our kids has to move back in. I am a very lucky girl.

I love your room and remember previous pictures of it. I have the same scraproom cabinet, it's in dark brown. I wish I had bought 2 like you, since they no longer make it. I also love your table. It's wide and has lots of storage. Make I ask you how did you made it? Lovely room.
