The frame belonged to my husbands mom and it was already in this shabby chic look so I left it. I covered a piece of sheet metal with fabric, set it in the back and then taped it down so it wouldn't fall out. The ribbon came from Hobby Lobby. I nailed 2 pieces to the back and then tied them in a bow.
