Hi there. I created this layout using my Silhouette Cameo. Since I didn't have any of those fun circle overlays I created my own as well as the title block. (see my blog for more info ....http://www.myandmythoughts.blogspot.ca/2014/02/next-year-i-will.html )
I used Simple Stories Hello Summer collection and some Core'dinations Colorcore Cardstock.
