Charlotte With Birds and Strawberry

I made this card at my parents' house. I used my Charlotte Ketto stamp, which was a gift from my mom and dad. I love her! I cut the scalloped circle on my Cricut. I got the strawberry at Scrapfest 2013. I coloured the stamp using watercolour pencils, Museum solvent (gamsol), and a "stump." And I paper pieced Charlotte's skirt.

Thank you to my mom ("Quick Silver") for the papers and ribbon I used to make this card and for lending me the Liquid Pearls.
