I love going through older pictures like these…I don't have a ton but I treasure the ones I do have. I really don't know the story here except it appear to be my birthday - so I'm going with that for the date. The rest - just random stuff the picture made me think of! Love the look of those old polaroids too - perfect for this SWEET early ‘80’s photo ;-)

STEPS:
1. To create the left hand page, use the Build-An-Alpha digital kit to create the title letters in shades of brown, green, orange and yellow. Add the “completely” and print on white cardstock.
2. Use the “Film Fun” kit to create the polaroid piece. I used the same photo twice - just cropped it clower to the bottom for the left hand piece and closer to the top for the right hand piece. I added the date and printed on photo paper. Then, I just trimmed around the edges for an instant aged polaroid look.
3. Add a brown piece of cardstock to the top of the right hand page. Right beneath it, attach the striped die cut strip. Add the blue and green ink strips along the bottom of both pages.
4. Adhere photo piece.
5. Attach felt piece to the left hand page with a brad. Add the round diecut to the bottom of the right hand page with a brad (I added that piece because I thought the swirl looked a lot like an “e”)

CREDITS:
cardstock: Bazzill
diecuts and felt embellishment: Tinkering Ink
brads: American Crafts
title letter “stickers”: Build-An-Alpha Kit
polaroid element: Film Fun
fonts: Shoebop and Maiandra
