This is my nephew.
This LO is a scraplift of NanoNette's “Dandelion Wish”; she wrote the poem (I changed it just a bit) and I copied the embroidery idea from her. I am including her LO with this post.
Supplies used:
*Ribbon and Button: MM
*CS = Memory Lane
*Fonts = CAC Shishoni Brush (title) and CAC Saxon Bold
*Dymo Label maker==used with CTMH CS, instead of label tape (had to sand the letters and edges a bit
*Embroidery done using white thread (Coats?) and DMC brown floss–used French knots (got directions at needlemaid.home.att.net/docs/frenchknot.pdf)–I've included a close-up of the “dandelion”.

Thanks for the inspiration, NanoNette!! ~Dana Marie

P.S. If you can't read the poem, it says “A wish made on a dandelion is a fine one indeed. Oh, to be young again to see a wish, not a weed.” Oh, and the poem was printed using Chatterbox Journaling Genie software.
