Proud new parents are the feature of this double page spread as part of an album I'm making. I had the great layout on Page 3 by tyme2scrap in my BOS as my inspiration. I used textured cardstock by DCWV for the base, the PP is from a DCWV slab. The velumn quotes are from my stash. I'm going to make two more pages and title them grandma/grandpa. TFL
