Went kayaking locally last summer with some friends. It was harder work than you think, especially when there's such a height and weight difference between you and your hubby! Got sore but it was lots of fun!Inspired by Maggie Holmes' layout from the CK July ‘09 issue. She used a whole sheet of lace paper, adhered it to cs, then painted the entire page with acrylic paint. I tried something new and used the Bazzill strips to create the texture background for the Something New Challenge. Pretty easy - simply ran the strips through my handy dandy Xyron in order to adhere it to the page. I’ve had that li'l baby for about 10 years and I swear I still use it almost every layout. :)The DB Brad Boutique in Swimming Pool, MS burst circle punch, EK photo corner punch and Fiskars wave border punch are no longer in the store. DB glitter and pp, MS pp, buttons from my stash, and an asst of letter stickers (MM, MLS, JB). Always good when you can use what you have! Thanks for looking!!
