All Mummy can tell me was that it was probably one of the “Sunday Limes” they had way back then, sometimes in the sixties. I'm sure there was a real sweet piece of ‘Ole Talk’ or a good joke going on. So this is why I scrap. Yes, I do it for the creativity, and because I love playing with baubles and patterned paper; but the main reason is to tell the stories. Mine, my parents', my family's. This is my way of carrying on the story telling tradition that is so much a part of my culture. This is my way to keep the ‘Ole Talk’ going. Because maybe someday, someone will want to know who, what when, where and why.
