This technique is pretty much self explanatory. Starts with a darker bg, could be mixed colors as mine is or could be one color. Stamp various graphic stamps and add white doodles and outlines. That's pretty much it. No pressure, no way to go wrong. I added some Crystal Accents just for a bit of texture but certainly not required.
