My May challenge with LOU52 is to use items from a hardware store on your LO. Good challenge. I've wanted to do this LO for awhile, but finally was able to MAKE myself do it and just use the photos of my “dear baby” that I already had on hand. I love my Subaru WRX. I also love my Jeep. Those are my two babies. DH knows that even once we have kids, we're keeping BOTH of these vehicles and just adding a 3rd to our driveway! Thanks for looking! Journaling is hidden and is hard to read (found in p4 of this post) but part of it says “One day, months or even years later, Dave uttered the words, ”WE ARE A ROCKET!“ as we sped by someone on a roadway. We love our rally car even though I won't let Dave race her!” so that's where the title for this page comes from. it's pretty fast car. i love it!SUPPLIES: From the hardware store: corner braces and hinges (by National Mfg Co) and 3M's black grip/no-slip tape (under large photo on left side of LO - kinda hard to see on the black cs); Bazzill black cs; unknown silver cs; label maker also unknown; brads from lost ark treasures; sticker letters from sticker studio; transparency from creative imaginations; black pen from SU!; staples also unknown. NOTE: I painted the hinges from the hardware store silver with a marvy uchida paint pen b/c they were gold and it just didn't work for my page! if you're still reading at this point… you are amazing! now go scrap something yourself!! :)
