This is an entry into the book of me. pp is Flair design Autum splendor and Tag & Flowers from WeRmemoryKeepers BOHO Chick. the journaling reads.The Coats in the SuitcaseI remember this day as if I was yesterday. My Godmother arrived from New Jersey with a suitcase filled with clothes for all of us. We had just moved to the U.S. from Cuba with nothing but the clothes we had on and one suitcase for all five of us. When my sister and I saw all those clothes we were ecstatic. And fell in love with these coats. We put them on immediately and started modeling them. It was probably 70 degrees outside but my sister and I would not take them off. We even made our little brother wear his coat. In that wonderful suitcase filled with clothes came two of each since my sister and I dressed the same. I see these pictures now I can’t help but laugh, how funny what we remember as kids. After that day I never saw my Godmother again. I was as if she did this one good deed and vanished. I wish I could see her and thank her for all the wonderful clothes. Madrina were ever you are thank you there will always be a warm thoughts for you in my heart.
