I love pouring on the bling for the holidays. The navy blue background is sparkle felt. The rickrack is also felt. The sparkle background is speciality paper. The holiday flourish is stamped overtop of an evergreen bough. The ornament is covered with UTEE after coloring for a glass like look. The stamps and metal accents are from Hero Arts. Stickles adds some final bling.
