for my friend Donna - aka Undertheredroof - for her recent birthday *Happy Birthday Donna*. I diecut a bunch of envelopes at the store where i work and stitched each one down the center to create 2 pockets per envy. By now you all know i love to tuck things in envelopes and pockets :-). After stitching i glued the envys together -accordion style - and stamped bg stamps all over them in versamark. The backside of the envelopes got stamped in versamark too - this time using all the MM foam stamps - a favorite of miss undertheredroof - and mine. I searched my stamp collection to stamp in black on each pocket an alpha appropriate image (a- apple; b- bandaid)- i ran short of images (i guess thats a signal to buy more huh? LOL) so i drew a few things and stamped the letter itself on a few pockets. The tuckins themselves - i hauled out alphas i knew Donna liked and stamped one per tag and added the “definitions” by writing them out and cutting those up and glueing those on - i didn't want a perfect look (LOL… guess i achieved that little goal huh? LOL) The poem or abc list whatever you wanna callit i found in the soup here at 2peas. oh and i added ribbon to the tags that were in envys that faced out (the tags on the inner side of the accordion couldnt be “beribboned” - the thing would never close!) The cover - our favorite Anna Griffin pp with QK Paige mini's and QK fleur de lis. oops.. forgot to say i used a ton of stamps. if you want to know about a particular one - just ask. suffice it to say i used a lot of Purple Onion :-), MM foam stamps, SU, psx, HA, catslife, papercandy, river city blah blah blah :-)
