Onward to the last 4 participants pages:pages 1-6 are from Carolyn (cs_in_ks) - pages 1 and 2 are just wonderful and fun about time and friendships over the years. Carolyn did wonderful journaling about her husbands colleague and friend in the #1 box and the #2 box talks about her longterm bridge friends. I just loved reading about it Carolyn and the beautiful bgs and colors you used (i admired all the cool bgs - the painting and inking in all of your entries in everyones books); pages 3-6 show her gorgeous garden pages. I want to visit your gardens Carolyn - they must be spectacular! Don't miss the wonderful little door with the screen! It opens up to reveal pics of Carolyns gardens and the beautiful monarch butterflies that make their way thru Kansas in the course of their migration (yup Carolyn i did know they migrate and i loved seeing their stopover at your house!)Jen's (jkduncan58) did a number of pages but i'm only sharing one here in #7 (sometimes we like to do personal stuff in these here cj's and me and jen are keeping some of her stuff to ourselves). I will add here that Jen's wonderful welcome back popup page got me all teary cos it made me very happy to have her for a friend. It is the coolest thing in real life - i wish you all could see - just makes me smile looking at it and my kids just said WOW.Next up are Pat's (pmaddox) remarkable entries #8-15. She started off with some great pages of her sweet boy and sweet girl in #8 & 9 (Pat that Molly is theeee most adorable thing!) Now 10-15 are quite incredible. 10-11 are Pat's Found Object page covers. check out all the cool bits and pieces here! then imagine taking the handles and opening from the center and you get 12-15 - its a feast i tell you. i just got the biggest kick out of seeing this - its total eye candy for a visual journaler. she's got all kinds of found stuff. I laughed when you made a note about the PMS book Pat (i really knew it meant Pantone and not premenstrual ROTFLOL but i got the hugest giggle outta that!) Just take a long wonderous look at these pages ladies. Last but not least are Kelly's (freckledcutie) pages on 16-20. kellys pages are most cool with the printed images on fabric, fabric swatches … some most excellent stamps (love those kelly - specially the wonderful quote in the window “the job of the artist is to deepen the mystery” - teesha moore correct?) Those windows are theeee coolest thing - i've always wanted to try those too!) she also shared with me a paper source mailer (too cool) and did some wonderful stamping into the moulding paste (that is it isn't it kelly?)) and included some burlap - which i've always had a fondness for.thanks again to everyone who contributed to my cj. i absolutely loved everyone's entries. i got what i asked for - i think i now know a good bit more about you all.
