I used Echo Park's Le Ballet Mini Theme Collection on this LO of my niece's ballet recital. I haven't journaled on the pages yet. The sketches were scraplifted from two of Shimelle's Classes…no surprise at being inspired by Shimelle, huh? The left sketch was scraplifted from 4x6 Photo Love's class for March 2011 and modified by not using the lower embellishment and adding more to the top of the page. I scraplifted the sketch for the right page from Chapter 1, “Picking Pretty Paper” (Hitchhiker's Guide to Scrapbooking), page 4, but modified the sketch with embellishments and adding a foldout to the middle picture so that more photos could be included. I also borrowed an idea I saw Shannon Tidwell use by only lifting one corner of a banner with a pop dot, giving the impression of flying banners. Always LOVE the inspiration from the Garden Girls. Hope you enjoy!
