I wanted to keep playing with the distress inks this week! I blended Shabby Shutters and Peeled Paint with a foam applicator. Then I water stamped the diamond background. I heat dried the tag and dusted with an embossing buddy before stamping the flower with Versamark and embossing. I found that the embossing powder lost its shine and dimension if I heated it too long. It sunk in to the tag. I wasn't sure if it was the powder or the paper so I tried another EP. It seems to be the pearlescent powder. I wanted a little more powder in the center of the tag on the right so I dabbed more Versamark on with a sponge and applied EP again.
