I used security envelopes to make this Serendipity Sheet. I adhered the pieces with USArtQuest Perfect Paper Matte Adhesive. When dry, I stamped over the sheet with Peddler's Pack holly spray with ColorBox Dark Green Fluid Chalk ink and heat embossed with clear detail EP. I cut out the squares and used Tombow Marker #249 to darken the white edges. I applied Sparkle Modge Podge over the tops of the squares.
