I covered a mini comp book with printed papers. #1 On front … Layered some torn vintage french book text. Stamped and cut out the “car”. Driver is an “epoxy” postage stamp. Layered this on front. Added gingham ribbon. Stamped Eiffel tower Stamp on vintage paper. Also, stamped “journey” on vintage paper. “MY” are stickers. Small copper “dream” charm. #2 … on back I layered the vintage french text, old postage stamps, and a dymo label saying “the end”. #3 on inside of covers, I stamped red speckled cardstock with “voyage” and “diary” using a red sepia chalk ink. …. AGED all of the book using Alabaster chalk ink (stippled), and “vintage paper” distress ink. I sanded the edges of the cover, and some of the stamped images. I also sanded the papers on the inside of the covers to soften up their look a bit. Added a black twill bookmark, with “Journal” stamped on it.
