Morning Friends, I started art lessons last week with Tam Laporte from her Art, Heart and Healing lessons. They are a 4 week lesson plan with just the basics to get you started, but she is an amazing teacher and I loved following along with her. I've always loved drawing but its been almost two decades since I picked up a sketch pad so I was a bit intimidated about getting started. Although I felt rusty, I was happy with how my first piece came out. I'm glad I had so many different kinds of mixed media items on hand to play with. I really had a great time doing these two pages, and I do think it was therapeutic for me too. Would love to hear your thoughts if you have a minute to share them.
