These papers are old old old scraps I've kept in my stash for no reason. When I decided to do the wheel in rainbow, I thought it would be neat to pull the colors from old stash and I actually had one of every color, though I ended up switching the red to the reverse (white/gray) because the snowflake pattern didn't really go. Many of these papers were scraps from my 'Ugly Paper challenge entries' from probably 2010-2012.
