This page was created with the latest Scrap challenge. The twist was to punch out smaller shapes out of a punched out paper. I created my own balloon embellishment with punched circles. I punched silver glittered cardstock to go behind the pattern paper circles and then punched out a star from the pp to make the glitter paper peek out. Tfl.
