Journaling: It was game 1 of Tony's Junior Baseball season. Anthony was feeling pretty optimistic about the season, so were ready to begin the season. Sheryl and I were laughing about Tony's choice of white cleats, wondering how long they'd actually stay white. Little did we know just how white they'd still be. Late in the game, Tony dove for a line drive at 3rd base and landed wrong, dislocating his shoulder. He'd be out for the season…his shoes would remain white. It was a tough season for us all, but especially for Tony, sitting in the dugout. We'd give anything for a pair of dirty cleats and a full season.
