For the September "The Ugly Games" challenge.
My uglies are the patterned paper in the gears embellis and the lighter paper on the left hand side. I REALLY wanted to use that door knocker embelli, hence the knock knock joke. I know, it's a bit hokey...but I got that knocker in the layout!!
Stevie is my daughter's rescue. He's a French Bulldog, which she has always wanted. We were so excited to get one as a rescue...all of our pets have been rescues. He is a wonderful dog. At 5 years old, he's got good energy and listens wonderfully. However, it was an adjustment with all the "piggy" noises he makes. We weren't sure if he was happy, angry, or just crazy. He's mostly happy and crazy.
My words were cut with my Cricut using the Sure Cuts Alot program. Fonts are Gilligan's Island and Calvin and Hobbs. I also used the August Stuck Sketches for inspiration.
