This LO is my take on an October 2015 sketch from Page Maps.
For this LO I used papers from The best of My Mind's Eye paper pack. I actually used the cover of the paper pack to get all the squares I needed for my center grid and the hearts.
The thought bubbles at the top are from the paper pack.

I did a little stenciling with a heart grid I made.
